Floral Screenprint
Traditional screenprint on toned paper for my serigraphy class featuring floral specimens scanned in digitally and converted into bitmap layers inspired by the work of botanist and photographer, Anna Atkins

Portrait Illustrations
A series of portrait illustrations in celebration of Pride Month inspired by the queer women, non-binary, and trans people in my life. Prints of these illustrations will be available for purchase throughout the month of June and a portion of the proceeds will be donated Galaei.
Metamorphosis
Hand-drawn animation exploring themes of change and personal growth through 60 expressive frames using pencil and crayon. Each frame captures subtle transformations, visually narrating a journey of self-evolution. The textured strokes bring an organic, raw quality to the piece, echoing the unpredictable and beautiful nature of growth
Spiral Animation
Frame-by-frame animation depicting the metamorphosis of an organic star shape into a flowing spiral before seamlessly morphing back into a star showcasing fluid transitions, vibrant line work, and symbolizes transformation and renewal

April 2025My thesis explores how type design can challenge linguistic inequities and support cultural preservation, focusing on inclusive practices by women, Indigenous, Black, and LGBTQ+ designers. Alongside critical analysis of Unicode, digital infrastructure, and design history, the book also includes creative coding experiments with non-Latin scripts, where typography generates through user interaction.
